Sankat Sakhi” application has been launched by the Department of Women and Child Development, Gandhinagar. The main objective of which is that women can easily get information about women-oriented schemes of the government in a single application and people can use it to spread awareness in the society.This application provides complete information about 5 different women oriented schemes. Like, details of support centers under the scheme, details of nearest police station and contact number, which can be called directlyThe application includes details of provisions of women oriented laws and punishments for crimes. Safety tips are provided separately in the application for Women.
